With that being said, I know emergencies and life happens. I’m not a monster, BUT please take into consideration I’m blocking out time for you. I’m holding you accountable to be there with a firm YES!

 

Hair is personal, If you’re not satisfied with your service, please contact me within two weeks of your appointment and I will make the necessary changes to achieve our initial vision, complimentary.

*Any fee will be due within 24 hours of being notified about the charge and the fee will not be applied at your next appointment.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING POLICIES

CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel your appointment without a 48-hour notice, a fee will be charged for 50% of the service you scheduled.

 

NO SHOWS: For appointments that are missed without notice, you will be charged 100% of the service you scheduled and you will be placed on a "no book" list.

LATE ARRIVALS: If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, please be aware that you may not be able to receive the entire service you booked and your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Our salon is located in a very busy area in Nashville, please allow plenty of time to get to your appointment.
